Mission
Our mission is simple, to provide an encouraging and safe space for men to be formed into authentic manhood on their journey of becoming like Jesus; men who reject the status quo, accept responsibility, and lead courageously in their homes, the church, and our community. Here you are embraced, equipped, and empowered to live the life that God calls you into as a brother and friend with a brotherhood of others who enjoy authentic community!
The Foundry
What’s in a name? We chose the name Foundry because a foundry is a specialized factory where molten metal is poured into molds then allowed to cool and harden. After the molds are removed, impurities are removed from the cast pieces, and they are polished to remove blemishes and imperfections. Pieces cast in this manner are strong and durable, able to resist harsh conditions.
We get together for workshops, retreats, breakfast conversations, and simple times of sharing uplifting moments together. We know that life can be hard, but we don’t have to do it alone; we want to join you on your journey and we invite you to become part of Nativity’s Men’s Group.
By calling ourselves The Foundry we invite God to work in us, using the circumstances of our lives to “refine us like silver and purify us like gold,” (Zechariah 13:9).
